Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes! We are now based at 60 Fore Street, Redruth, Cornwall. You’re welcome to pop in during open hours or book an appointment for custom orders and consultations.

Can I buy flowers without pre-ordering?
Yes! We often have fresh bouquets and seasonal blooms ready to go, as well as a selections of single stems for something bespoke. Just pop by!

Do you offer delivery?
We offer local delivery and can arrange delivery across Cornwall and the UK. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance.

Are your flowers sustainable or locally sourced?
We source flowers from a few local growers here in Cornwall and aim to use seasonal, locally grown flowers whenever possible and are committed to eco-conscious practices across our work.

💍 Weddings & Events

How far do you travel for weddings or events?
We're based in Cornwall but happily travel across the UK and beyond. No destination is off-limits if the project is a good fit.

Do you offer wedding packages?
No set packages here, each wedding is tailored to your style and needs. We believe in creating something completely you.

Do you do small weddings or elopements?
Yes! Whether it's a single bouquet or full floral styling, we love intimate celebrations just as much as large-scale ones.

Do you provide on-site styling and set-up?
Absolutely. We offer full service from design to delivery, including installation and venue floral styling.

How far in advance should I book?
Most people book a year or two in advance, 12 months ahead is ideal for weddings and large events, but don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll help if we can.

Do you create funeral or sympathy arrangements?
Yes. We create elegant, thoughtful floral tributes including wreaths, sprays, and bespoke arrangements with care and sensitivity.

Can you deliver to funeral homes or churches?
Yes. We work directly with your chosen venue or funeral director to make the process as smooth as possible.

Can I order a bouquet for a birthday or occasion?
Definitely. We offer custom bouquets for all occasions, beautifully wrapped and ready to brighten someone’s day.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly deliveries. A perfect treat for yourself or someone else. You can find subscriptions on our online shop.

Can I add extras like candles or cards?
Yes, we offer a curated range of vases, cards, and gifts that can be added to your order.

Do you work with other creatives or businesses?
Yes, we love collaborative projects, from styled shoots and pop-ups to installations and events. If you have an idea, let’s talk.

Can I book flowers for a launch, press event or corporate do?
Absolutely. We can create floral designs to suit your brand, space, and concept.

Do you run flower workshops?
Yes! We host seasonal workshops like wreath-making, hand-tied bouquets, and flower crowns. Private bookings welcome.

Can you run a workshop at my venue?
Yes we can bring the flowers and supplies to you. Ideal for team days, hen parties, or creative events.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Flaura website (flauradesigns.co.uk) or directly with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products

All our arrangements are made using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to natural variations and availability, the flowers delivered may differ slightly from those shown on our website. We always strive to match the style, size, and colour palette as closely as possible to your chosen design.

3. Ordering & Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Cornwall (and surrounding areas where stated).

  • Standard delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times and dates are estimates; while we always aim to meet them, unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, traffic) may occur.

  • Once flowers have been delivered to the address provided and received, they are considered in your care.

4. Care of Flowers

Flowers are perishable and require proper care. We include care instructions with every order. Flaura Designs cannot be held responsible for flowers that have not been cared for according to the provided guidance.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

  • As flowers are a perishable product, we do not offer returns or full refunds once delivery has been made.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@flauradesigns.co.uk, including a clear photo of the flowers and details of the issue.

  • We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.

  • Full refunds are not offered, except in cases where we are unable to fulfil your order at all.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery cannot be refunded due to preparation and sourcing costs.

7. Event & Wedding Orders

Separate terms apply for wedding and event bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, and full payment is typically required 2–4 weeks before the event.

8. Subscription Services

  • Subscription bouquets are purchased as a fixed-term package (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or annual).

  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew and cannot be paused, cancelled, or amended once purchased.

  • Each subscription includes a one-time delivery fee applied at checkout.

  • Customers wishing to continue their subscription after it ends can do so by placing a new order.

10. Legal Notice

Flaura operates in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Law, which recognises that perishable goods (such as fresh flowers) are exempt from standard return policies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
